Half Yearly Return for Milk and Milk Products Form D2
As per section 2.1.13 of FSS (Licensing and Registration) Regulations, 2011, If you are involved in the manufacturing of Milk and Milk Products, you are required to submit half yearly return in the attached format (Form D2) to your concerned Licensing Authority by 30th April every year.
