Indian Oil seeds and Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) personnel shall be competent and technically qualified to perform their roles and functions in the certification programme. Specifically, the Certification Body shall state in its quality manual the names, positions, descriptions, qualification including experience, training and education of all the personnel involved in the certification programme. The Certification Body’s personnel should have minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.

Indian Oil seeds and Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) shall also provide a description of any training that the Certification Body has provided or intends to provide to its personnel in respect of its certification programme.
